Note : its 1 day exam.
Exact Exam Time :
Paper 1 : 9:30AM to 11:30 AM
Paper 2 : 2:30PM to 4:30PM

In preliminary examination we have two papers, but GS paper 2 which is CSAT Paper and this CSAT paper is compulsory but qualifying with 33% marks(66 Marks out of 200 Marks). and your cut off will be depend only on the GS paper 1 marks.so, below you will find upsc prelims 2017 question paper pdf in hindi as with answers.

UPSC mains 2017 question paper pdf

(5 Day Exam)

Exact Exam Time : 9.00 A.M. to 12.00 and 2.00 P.M. to 5.00 P.M wrt Papers. But you must go before 1 hr of timing. 2 papers per day except 1 day because there are only 9 papers.
Note : Papers not to be counted for merit( 600 Marks) but there are benefits for ranking if marks are same in other ranking papers.
Note :
The paper A on Indian Language will not, however, be compulsory for candidates hailing from the States of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland and Sikkim.
The paper A on Indian Language will not, however, be compulsory for Candidates belonging to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (only Hearing Impairment sub-category) provided that they have been granted such exemption from 2nd or 3rd language courses by the concerned education Board/University. The candidate needs to provide an undertaking/self declaration in this regard in order to claim such an exemption to the Commission
25 % Marks in Languages Papers is Eligibility for Selection. Otherwise Fail.
10% Marks in All Competitive Papers (Paper 1 to Paper 7) is Eligibility for Selection. Else Fail.
